The Role: What to expect We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to drive the development and success of our flagship SaaS product, AnyFleet ( https://idealworks.com/anyfleet/ ). As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands. Role Responsibilities: What you will do Define Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Manage Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives. Gather and Prioritize Requirements: Work closely with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of customer needs and expectations. Lead Product Development: Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing clear and actionable guidance on feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Drive Product Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to fleet management and robotics, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Monitor Product Performance: Analyze product metrics and performance data to track progress against goals, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption. Role Requirements: What you need to succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the software or robotics industry. Strong technical background with knowledge of fleet management systems, software development, and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to work independently and a passion for driving continuous improvement and excellence.
