Responsibilities:
* Lead the annual product planning for key areas/categories, develop annual product strategies, and ensure their systematic implementation.
* Analyze market trends and user needs, driving product innovation with a user-centric approach.
* Create and refine product line strategies, collaborating with R&D, design, and marketing teams to oversee product planning, design, development, and successful market launch.
* Conduct comprehensive market analysis across all categories, maintaining a deep understanding of industry competition by regularly collecting and analyzing data on market, industry, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 10 years of experience in market-related product management roles.
* Proven experience in product line planning and single product planning, with a preference for candidates who have successfully planned blockbuster products or entirely new product categories.
* Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, mastery of strategic planning tools, and the ability to evaluate product value from a business perspective.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with the European market, with strong market acumen and the ability to accurately identify and act on market trends.
