As an Inhouse Lawyer (m/f/d) within our business development department, you will ensure all legal aspects of our business are compliant and aligned with our goals. You will take charge of key legal areas, supporting our sales team to drive success within a secure and compliant framework. Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary legal contact, providing expert advice and preparing relevant agreements and contracts.
2. Take the lead in defending and enforcing legal claims, while coordinating with external lawyers on complex legal issues.
3. Maintain and update contracts, including general terms and conditions, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date, organized and accessible.
4. Safeguard the company’s intellectual property, proactively managing legal protections.
5. Draft and review commercial agreements with customers, ensuring they align with business objectives and legal standards.
Requirements:
6. Master’s degree, second state law examination, or an equivalent qualification as well as a proven background in international IT law (including contract, IT, copyright, trademark, competition, and antitrust law).
7. Strong entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with a focus on aligning legal advice with business goals.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Effective team player with good cooperation skills.
10. High level of responsibility and independence in managing legal matters.
11. Systematic and accurate way of work, with a proactive approach.
12. Strong negotiation skills with high assertiveness.
13. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
14. Business fluent English and German (at least C1 level), both spoken and written

All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months)
Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries and as extra, you have a 3% variable that is based on company performance

Location-independency & flexibility stay with us:
Full Remote* or hybrid: we work 80-100% remotely; however, we have regular on-site team events, and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.
