POSITION OVERVIEW:
Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our SEO Management Tool. The preferred candidate has a proven track record in managing SEO-focused products, a deep understanding of SEO best practices, and the ability to drive product strategy to increase conversion, enhance user experience and maintain low churn.
Location: Fully Remote (Global, +-3.5 hours within the Central European Time Zone)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for the SEO management tool.
2. Market & Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, competition, SEO advancements, and user feedback, driving data-informed decisions.
3. Feature Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales) to prioritize and deliver features that improve the SEO tool's performance and conversion.
4. SEO Expertise: Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, incorporating these insights into product features and development.
5. Stakeholder Management: Regularly present product updates, vision, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience with SEO and digital marketing tools.
2. 3+ years of product management.
3. Fluency in English
4. SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO principles, tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and algorithm changes, with the ability to apply them in product development.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze product data, user feedback, and market trends to inform product strategy and decision-making.
6. Project Management: Experience managing product development in an agile environment.
Good to have:
1. Experience in SaaS product management with a focus on SEO
2. Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Grafana, HubSpot, Slack.
3. Strong presentation skills and experience presenting product vision to senior leadership.
4. German language preferably.
