Description Your tasks: Recording and monitoring incoming goods, stock transfers, and shipping processes. Assisting in the planning and organization of stock transfers and shipping processes. Ensuring accurate recording and documentation of incoming products and deliveries. Supporting the creation and maintenance of reports on the refurbishment team’s performance, including processing times and productivity. Identifying areas for improvement in logistics processes and assisting in their implementation. Coordinating with internal departments such as warehouse, purchasing, and quality assurance to support refurbishment processes. Your profile: Experience with ERP systems and confident handling of tracking processes. Understanding of logistical workflows, especially in refurbishment, shipping, and incoming goods. Analytical skills for evaluating reports and optimizing processes. Strong organizational skills and independent working style. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Team player with strong communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
