Your tasks will be...
1. Compose, send, and respond to emails professionally and efficiently
2. Raise and close Oracle service requests as required.
3. Upload, organize, and archive documents in our electronic filing system.
4. Ensure accuracy and compliance in document management.
5. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifikationen
What you bring to the table:
6. Experience with electronic archiving systems is a plus
7. Previous experience in administrative roles preferred
8. Proficiency in Oracle Service Requests or willingness to learn
9. Native English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
11. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
