As a Principal Product Manager Business Transformation, you will play a key role in shaping the business transformation user journey in the context of RISE with SAP. You will work closely with stakeholders across SAP to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SAP’s Integrated Toolchain for business transformation. With a strong focus on user experience, strategic alignment, and continuous optimization, you will contribute to delivering a product that drives real business value. Your expertise in product management, enterprise architecture, and SaaS solutions will be instrumental in fostering adoption and ensuring customer success. WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU? Own the business transformation user journey in the context of RISE with SAP. Ensure transparency and alignment across stakeholders through clear communication, documentation, and strategic prioritization. Support alignment with adjacent SAP solutions on capabilities, user flows, and integrations. Define and maintain a strategic product backlog that aligns with customer needs, internal enterprise architecture stakeholders (AA/EA-RISE), and overall business objectives. Facilitate cross-LoB and cross-tribe alignment for roadmap development and delivery. Work with customer and partner advisory councils to incorporate user feedback and ensure a smooth user journey for toolchain adoption. Actively drive user experience research and design involvement to deliver an intuitive, delightful user experience, helping users realize the full value of the product. Collaborate with UX teams to ensure the product provides seamless and engaging user experiences, delivering measurable business value. Ensure adoption and continuous feedback through close collaboration with product enablement. Post-launch, utilize product optimization techniques to rapidly improve and refine the product. Actively monitor product adoption, usage telemetry, and feedback channels to identify performance opportunities and adapt plans to meet product satisfaction KPIs. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with Product Owner responsibilities. Strong experience in conducting user research and developing user journeys. Proven knowledge of SAP technologies. Proven track record of working cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, Product Enablement, Customer Success, and Sales in a SaaS environment to deliver customer-centric solutions. Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience in building and scaling product capabilities from the ground up within an agile framework. A holistic view of product success, ensuring features deliver measurable value for customers and align with their business transformation needs. Experience with SAP LeanIX and/or Signavio for Enterprise Architecture and Business Process Management is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Business English.
