To further accelerate our growth and expand our business, we are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager who will play a key role in strategically expanding our network and driving the sales of our software and integration solutions.
Aufgaben
* Business Development & Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities for software and integration projects
* Strategic Sales Planning & Execution: Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement the sales strategy
* Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Establish and expand long-term business relationships, actively growing our network
* Preparation & Execution of Sales Meetings: Plan, organize, and participate in customer meetings, trade fairs, and business development activities
* Project Initiation & Requirements Analysis: Understand customer needs, identify suitable solutions, and ensure a smooth transition to project management
* Coordination of Sales Processes: Prepare and follow up on sales meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
* Proposal Management: Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to coordinate cost estimates and offer preparation
* Research & Funding Projects: Support the identification and acquisition of funding opportunities and research collaborations
Qualifikation
* Experience: Several years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management, ideally in the software, IT, or technology sector
* Communication & Networking Skills: You are proactive, enjoy establishing new relationships, and thrive in maintaining strong partnerships
* Market Knowledge: Understanding of the aviation, logistics, or automation industries is advantageous
* Structured Work Approach: Ability to coordinate sales processes, understand customer requirements, and successfully initiate projects
* Willingness to Travel: Flexibility and interest in regular business travel for customer meetings, trade fairs, and partner events
* Language Skills: German at a native level, English at a high professional level
* Proposal Development Experience: Familiarity with project costing, estimations, and sales strategies
* Collaboration: Close coordination with our CEO and project management team
* Marketing & Presentation Skills: Experience in creating compelling presentations (PowerPoint) and effectively communicating technical content is an advantage
* Understanding of Marketing Strategies and their role in sales is desirable
