As aChange Manager, you will ensure that your site functions perfectlyto meet the demands of our customers. You will take on a number ofprojects across our network to drive productivity. Key jobresponsibilities • Lead process improvement projects, engagingstakeholders, and aligning goals • Oversee and manage the site’sinvestment and process improvement budgets to drive impactfulenhancements • Lead the site’s Non-inventory Supplies and WasteManagement team • Collaborate with the Leadership SteeringCommittee to prioritize and implement improvement initiatives •Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through root causeanalysis, Standard Work, 5S, and Andon A day in the life You willwork in one of our sites, ensuring it is as productive as possible.Your main task will be the complete governance of ongoing sitechanges and compliance; You ensure the site understands, acceptsand implements all changes from all global and EU initiatives andyou are responsible for progress audits. You will lead a team ofNon-inventory Supplies and Waste Management and report to thesite’s senior leadership. GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN • A degree • Provenexperience in quality management and process optimization, ideallyin manufacturing, production, or logistics setting • Experiencecommunicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peersand management • Significant experience using data and businesswriting skills to influence the decision-making process • Advancedproficiency in verbal and written German and English BEVORZUGTEQUALIFIKATIONEN Preferred qualifications are not required to applyfor a position at Amazon.
