Hankook Tire Europe GmbH is searching for ICFR & Controlling Specialist (m/f/d) Your tasks ICFR(Internal Control over Financial Reporting) Perform regular PLC assessments(Design & Operation Test) for in-scope entities within the EU region. Assist in the design, documentation, and evaluation of internal controls in accordance with frameworks such as SOX and COSO for subsidiaries. Support the monitoring and continuous improvement of internal control processes to ensure operational effectiveness. Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and implement necessary updates to internal control systems to maintain compliance. Collaborate closely with Internal Control Team at Global HQ in Korea to identify and address organizational compliance and risk issues. Controlling Collect and compile financial performance from 18 European subsidiaries, ensuring the provision of accurate and timely data to facilitate decision-making. Support developing, monitoring, and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Assist with special projects or ad hoc requests from management as required. Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field. 2 years of experience in accounting or controlling within multinational manufacturing. Prior experience in an audit environment and familiarity with handling ERP system data (for e.g., SAP FI/CO) preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for efficient data analysis and preparation. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
