Job Description
The Office Manager plays a key role in supporting the Office Management Team Lead with the office's day-to-day operations. This is an office-based role, essential to fostering a collaborative, efficient, and safe work environment. By delivering high-quality office management services, the role holder contributes to the overall success of the Tipico Group.
Your playing field:
* Provide hands-on support to the business by consistently delivering a professional and comprehensive office management service.
* Assist in projects and initiatives by collaborating with Office Management colleagues, stakeholders, and senior management.
* Manage travel arrangements for colleagues and candidates (international and domestic).
* Organise training sessions and attendance, including registrations and travel bookings.
* Manage the on and offboarding of employees including ordering, preparing, and distributing welcome packs, welcome breakfast, and onboarding sessions with other departments.
* Coordinate bookings for the company apartment including welcoming new starters and being the contact person for tenants and the landlord.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external company events within budget, ensuring optimal value from service providers while introducing innovative ideas.
* Support the Office Management Team in maintaining a strong Health & Safety framework by organizing related meetings, coordinating training (e.g., first aid, fire safety), and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
* Assist the Office Management Team Lead with building management and office-related insurance matters.
* Efficiently manage ad-hoc office tasks and initiatives in collaboration with the wider Office Management team.
Qualifications
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:
* Education. Bachelor’s Degree in International Business or a related field (desirable).
* Expertise. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in office management or an administrative leadership role, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A background in hospitality is highly desirable.
* Coordination. Experience in coordinating office operations, facilities management, vendor relations, and administrative support to ensure a seamless and well-organized workplace.
* Competency. Experience in event management and organization.
* IT-Skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Collaboration. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional support to employees at all levels.
* Language skills. You are fluent in English & German.
