What you will be doing? Maintain a Welcoming Office Environment : Ensure the office is well-organized and stocked with essential supplies like snacks, drinks, coffee, and office materials. Manage inventory, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and work with the landlord to address repairs or improvements as needed. Create a Positive Workplace Atmosphere : Plan and execute team-building activities, wellness programs, and initiatives like weekly breakfasts to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture in Munich and beyond. Be the “Go-To” Person for Employee Needs : Provide support for employees in the Munich office by assisting with daily questions, requests, and onboarding new hires to ensure they feel welcome and integrated into the company culture. Support Travel and Event Logistics : Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and company-wide events to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Enhance Team Satisfaction and Motivation : Gather employee feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions to boost team morale and satisfaction. Ensure Workplace Safety : Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, proactively addressing potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment. What you bring to the team Enrolled as a student for at least the next 12 months with availability for 16 hours per week. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating well in a team setting. Business fluent level of German (min C1) and fluency in English Previous experience in office administration or event planning is a plus. Why Qwist?
