About the role As a Senior Producer, you are joining one of our mobile game teams as an expert in guiding and inspiring your peers to efficiently manage the advancement of the work and production objectives, while ensuring high motivation and commitment of the development team. Some of your responsibilities include: Organise and drive the development process with an interdisciplinary team of engineers, artists, and game designers. Participate in defining the project deliverables, resources, and risks, and oversee the planning and development process. Work with a new games team and co-development studio to develop the next big Wooga game. Drive the production process in time, budget and quality, while ensuring healthy communication across multiple disciplines, taking key decisions to always drive the project forward. Apply agile and lean production approaches based on team and game context. Use the right tool for the right job. Continuously review and facilitate the team’s processes, and encourage the constant challenge of the status quo to shape an excellent player experience, delivered at the highest quality. You will have agency and direct impact on the game as a key Production stakeholder. You will collaborate with industry professional in a healthy, respectful and results-driven environment. About you You have solid production expertise within the games industry (free-to-play and mobile is a huge plus), and understand game development processes inside and out. You are an excellent communicator, and enjoy guiding and motivating teams. You know how to foster positive and trustful relationships while liaising between various stakeholder groups. You have experience in applying agile practices to game development. You have strong prioritisation, organisational, and resource management skills. You are confident in your ability to make independent decisions and own the outcomes.
