In this position, you will play a key role in supporting Board’s business activities in Europe. Reporting to the interim Director of Commercial Legal and working closely with the Sales Department, you will manage complex commercial contracts, such as MSAs, SaaS, License and Maintenance and Support Agreements and address issues relating to e.g. SLAs, security and privacy. The position is a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave, ending in May 2026, with the possibility of transitioning to a long-term contract at the end of the maternity cover. The impact you will have: You will manage contract negotiations directly with customers and partners and legally support the sales team during the full negotiations cycle You will draft, review and manage complex contract templates and order forms You will provide support and advice to sales teams and supporting functions on deal process and contract management You will ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations You will collaborate cross-functional to support, educate and / or train teams on projects You will learn Board’s internal structures, product and solution offerings, technology, security/data protection systems and policies to give you a foundation for providing support across markets What we look for: 3 years of legal experience, ideally as in-house at a IT company. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes in high-stakes situations Solid understanding of the tech / software industry, contract and IT law and business process relating to commercial contract practices in a sales-led environment Experience managing time sensitive, complex commercial contract processes and administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
