We are on the lookout for a Working Student - Product Management to join our Global Sales vertical under the Vendor Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. As part of our Vendor Team, you will be part of Acquisition and Onboarding journeys, supporting sales and operations teams on how to have a restaurant live on our platforms as soon as possible with the best experience and performing well from the first day. We take care of the end to end journey: lead creation, sign up process, quote creation and signature, document collection, quality check, menu and images creation, device management and finally, activation!

* You will be working closely with the Product team, participating in requirement gathering, following up with regional teams for acquisition process needs and becoming an expert of the customer journey for document collection and validations.
* You will be supporting the launch and lifecycle of product solutions, working closely with engineering, product and business teams
* You will be working with AI driven solutions, understanding current false positives and negatives while using OCR tools and bringing proposals and insights from your analysis while consuming our product reports
* You will follow up launches and feedback from end users, understanding usability, performance, gaps and enhancements in order to plan next launches with the PM
* You will help to accelerate time to launch of new features globally and to cover needs from local markets related to Quality Check / Know your customer process
* You will assess the importance of the different requests based on their business impact and will organize and prioritize your work around it
* You will look into our Bug reports, Data, identify patterns and propose solutions to drive for improvements
Qualifications
* You are looking for a part-time (20h/week) long-term working relationship (6-month contract)
* Currently enrolled in your Bachelor or Master's studies at a University in Germany and are taking classes with a Business Administration, Engineering, or a related background
* Eager to work in a fast-paced, fault-tolerant, agile environment with cross-functional teams
* Tech savvy and excited to learn and try out new things
* Proactive mentality and a desire to solve problems creatively and make an impact
* A user-first mentality with a drive to support users
* Interested in an international environment and be in touch with all Delivery Hero teams around the globe
* Strong communicator with excellent English language skills in written and verbal, able to get ideas across effectively
* Experience in / proficient skills in project management, data analysis, Excel, Agile Software Development process and related tools are a plus
