About the role As a LiveOps Producer on June's Journey, you'll orchestrate the heartbeat of our billion-dollar game. You'll balance day-to-day operations with strategic initiatives that drive player engagement and monetization. Working with multiple disciplines, you'll ensure our events calendar runs smoothly while helping implement new features that keep our game fresh and exciting. Your Impact Operational Excellence Drive the execution of our LiveOps Calendar, managing hundreds of events monthly that reach millions of players worldwide Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Art, Design, Engineering, QA and more) to ensure timely delivery of live content & treatments Identify and solve operational bottlenecks while maintaining a high standard of quality Implement and refine production processes that enhance team efficiency Strategic Growth Support OKR planning and implementation to achieve business goals Collaborate with product and data teams to optimize player engagement and monetization Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead change initiatives Contribute to roadmap planning that balances new content, features, and technical improvements About you Solid production experience, with demonstrated ability in live operating F2P games Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex dependencies Experience with agile methodologies and willingness to adapt processes as needed Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders and disciplines Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making Technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineering teams Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges before they arise Adaptable and resilient when managing changing priorities Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture Team player who thrives in collaborative environments Passionate about creating exceptional player experiences Please note: Research has shown that some under-represented groups in the gaming industry (eg: women) tend to apply only if they meet every single requirement.
