KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE SPECIAL CARGO (OUTSIDE SALES) m/f/d
JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you are accountable for the overall relationship and activities between ONE and your assigned Key Accounts.
1. Responsibility for negotiating and managing the contract and client relationship.
2. Escalation point for enquiries or complaints.
3. Responsibility for setting the goals and sales strategy in order to promote the development and growth of the business for your assigned accounts.
4. Accountability for post-contract onboarding and post-tender review.
5. Close contact with customer’s key players and procurement owners as needed.
6. Consultation of customers with regard to loading options.
7. Liaise closely with the responsible trade teams as well as with all relevant internal departments locally and/or beyond.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
8. A minimum of 5 years of professional shipping experience within selling/negotiating/outside sales.
9. A high degree of technical understanding/imagination as well as the ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
10. Target and solution-oriented with structured and self-motivated work style.
11. Competitive with strong communication and negotiating skills.
12. Broad and profound shipping knowledge with cross functional and commercial mindset & knowhow.
13. Business fluent in English and local language.
14. Strong digital orientation and growth mindset.

Located in the Hamburg office. High degree of flexibility and mobility with regular travelling within the designated sales area is essential.
