Task Responsibilities: Handle, document and coordinate any station move. Secure alignment with a uniform standard model for IT at stations. Day to day Coordination with L/2 and L/1 engineering teams. Coordinate implementation of new technology at station (exle Teams Telephony). Coordinate any IT network projects and requirements at stations. Coordinate and manage installations of any new IT equipment at stations according to and aligned with Cybersecurity and Network requirements. Onsite cleaning of installation up to current IT Model using only approved hardware and software. Securing CV employee conducted / supervised installation eliminating Cyber Security breaches. Being point of contact in IT technical related matters for stations, filtering for L/1 and L/2 engineering teams. Traveling to station performing review and IT network and office installation where time and travel allows. Creating recommendation documentation of installation of standard hardware in coordination with respective IT departments. Extensively coordination with IT Asset Management. Essential Requirements For The Position: Ability to educate technical and non technical audiences on various topics Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Other languages (e.g. German, French, Luxemburgish) will be considered an advantage. Bachelors Degree or Equivalent experience in a computer science or Network & Information security related field. Demonstrate an in depth technical knowledge of IT security risks and industry best practices. Previous experience as an external consultant would be an asset. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to educate non technical audiences on various security measures/topics. Be willing to travel when required within our international organization (more than 50 different countries). Knowledge of applying project management skills to handle changes and implementations at stations. Coordinate, administrate and report on IT related processes, in particular, hardware requests, software requests, security exceptions, compliance issues and IT cost provisioning. Taking initiative. Working Conditions: Permanent full time position based in Luxembourg. The candidate will work in a Agile, friendly innovative but operational Azure only environment in a young and dynamic team. Normal office hours are to be expected, with occasional work outside these hours to perform tasks (planned or unplanned) on the environment. It is expected that during critical incidents the candidate can commit to resolve the incident to the end if required. Valid car drivers license required.
