Become a team-member of our pan-European iptiQ Life and Health distribution team, closely collaborating with our existing and future distribution partners, jointly aiming at providing European consumers with easier-to-understand and -to-buy life insurance solutions.
About the Role
In this pan-European driven, client facing role you will be responsible for the activity launches of partners and to optimize business models, solutions and post launch activ-ities for existing partners, in order to achieve desired business targets.
Key Activities:
* Owning business activities in various European markets
* Contributing to the full range of activities around innovative customer offerings, from partner negotiations and onboarding to business growth activities
* Driving partner onboardings and transferring them into bau-run
* Being accountable for the client along the life cycle and making sure activities are aligned to partner strategies
* Working closely together with the Head of Market Distribution and Partner Core Teams
* Being part of an interdisciplinary and international team, working together along the insurance value chain
About the Team

Our aim is to drive the digitalization of the L&H insurance business in Europe, combin-ing insurance know-how and e-commerce competencies, as well as the dynamic spirit of a scale-up with the backing of Swiss Re.
You will be part of iptiQ EMEA L&H distribution team, which is responsible for the acqui-sition, onboarding and growth of life insurance distribution partnerships. The team has pan-European responsibility with current focus markets Germany, Italy and the Nether-lands.
About You
Essentials:
* University degree or equivalent
* Several years of relevant work experience in several of the following: B2B and/ or B2BC businesses, Proposition development and/or product management, Client and/or partner management, Project management, or Management Consulting.
* Strategy tools knowledge, numbers-affinity and strategic thinking
* Strong MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, and AI-tools knowledge
* Hands-on and independent working style, embracing cross-functional and pan-European teams
* Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, and able to demonstrate commercial acumen
* Fluently spoken and written English
Nice to haves:
* (Life) Insurance industry knowledge
* A second and third European language fluently spoken and written
* Willingness to travel within Europe (~10%)

For Germany, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 71,000 and EUR 119,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
* the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
* the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
