We’re looking for a dedicated Process & Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Contract Management department in Munich to tackle exciting challenges in a fast-paced environment. * Project Management: You lead and manage internal projects within the Contract Management department from conception through to completion
* Technical Solutions: You utilize technical expertise to identify problems and provide well-founded solutions for business and process issues
* User Acceptance Testing (UAT): You play a key role in conducting UAT testing within the department
* Data Management: You provide hands-on support for data migration activities and execute mass data cleanups within relevant systems
Your fitness level
* Qualification: You hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar
* Project Management: You have knowledge of project management and the related tools, preferably JIRA
* Salesforce Configuration & Reporting: You have the ability to configure and customize Salesforce to meet contract management needs and you have experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards
* Salesforce Data Structure & Tools: You have a deep understanding of Salesforce data structures, relationships, data import and export tools
* UAT Testing: You have experience conducting UAT tests, especially within Salesforce environments
* Test Documentation: You can create and manage test documentation, including test cases related to Salesforce functionality
Your training goal for your first 6 months
* Project Management: You have already managed your first projects and closed them with success
* Process Improvement: You are knowledgeable of the processes within the department and act as a consultant for improvements
* Technical Expert: You are an acknowledged knowledge owner and consultant for all technical topics with in the Contract Management Department
* Network: You have built trusting relationships with your team and stakeholders through your open nature and are valued for collaboration
