Project Overview:
We are currently looking for skilled and a responsible Ticket Coordinator to join our team for the new project involving field testing of a pre-production prototype car with a new-generation In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) system. As a Ticket Coordinator, you will be working closely with a manual Quality Assurance (QA) team that will be responsible for testing the IVI system's functionality and performance. As Ticket Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing ticket backlog, and creating tickets after test drives, you'll be a bridge between the nightly test drive team and the development team.
Requirements:
* Experience with Quality Assurance
* Experience acting as Ticket Coordinator or similar position
* Experience with Automotive projects
* Understanding of SDLC and testing theory
Nice to have:
* Audi driver's license or training recognized by Audi AG
Responsibilities:
* Create tickets in the client ticket management system
* Assign the created ticket to the proper Functional Owner
* Support management & engineering team
* Check and keep on track of KPI metrics for ticket processing and highlighting when the threshold passed
* To be present at the garage 3 days a week and ready to be a part of the field testing team, verify urgent defects
* Perform process update if needed
* Communicate with the client
