Your Assignments:
1. Technical and disciplinary leadership of the global SCM team
2. Strategic management and optimization of the global supply chain department to ensure a timely, cost optimized delivery of demand to the customers
3. Responsible for long-term planning & balancing of demand and capacity within the global production network for capacity allocation between the production units
4. Driving continuous forecast improvement initiatives and harmonizing the planning parameters within the local supply chain departments in the production network
5. Continuous inventory management and optimization
6. Owner of sales and operations meetings between commercial organization and production units across the globe
7. Shaping and developing the supply chain strategy of our company
8. Lead and drive cross-functional supply chain projects together with other Fresenius Kabi Business Units (SAP rollout, S&OP improvements, backorder process)
9. Establishment and further development of key KPI reporting to the Top Management
10. Responsible for execution of global phase in/out projects
Your Profile:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or related field, ideally in a global or multinational setting
3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics and strategic planning principles
4. Experience in leading and managing teams
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Strong knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and its applications in a global supply chain context
8. Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically about long-term goals and align plans with the organization’s overall strategy
9. Proven experience working in a multicultural environment, fostering collaboration across diverse teams and departments
10. Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
11. Resilience and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs
