In this role, you'll be at the heart of our procurement strategy, sourcing electronic components and building strong relationships with suppliers. Your Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering long-term partnerships; Source and negotiate the best prices for electronic components, ensuring quality and timely delivery; Conduct thoroughly part analysis and research to identify alternative manufacturers and cross-recommendations; Manage purchase orders (POs) efficiently, resolving any disputes in a timely manner; Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting departments to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to inform purchasing strategies; Apply your knowledge of supply chain management and industry standards to optimize procurement processes. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience (1-3 years) in purchasing. Prior experience in electronics distribution is a significant advantage. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Team player attitude.
