Job Description
Our client, a global iconic technology brand company, is recruiting for a HR Specialist (Chinese speaking), to join their business in Germany.
Responsibilities:
• Acts as the first point of contact for all HR related matters
• Supports the delivery of HR processes at the business partner’s side
• Consults with line managers/the leadership team and provide continuous HR guidance and support
• Manages the complete HR life cycle (from recruitment to exit management)
• Drives HR processes & procedures (e.g.: probation management, GDPR, career planning, etc.)
• Drives HR projects (e.g.: atmosphere enhancement, team buildings, etc.)
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and
policies.
• Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
• Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s Degree or above in the fields of HR, Psychology or similar or alternatively relevant work experience
2. At least 1 year experience working in a challenging HR environment handling multiple tasks and projects
3. Excellent people skills; ability to form strong relationships throughout the company
4. Professional knowledge and skills in the field of human resources, especially talent management
5. Understand the business, translate it into HR solutions and implement them
6. Patience, empathy, passion for helping people, open-minded, strong learning ability, willing to think, and courageous to continue to explore, positive and strong communication skills
7. Excellent communication skills in German and English; Chinese language is a plus
8. Experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment is seen as an advantage
