Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Group Controller to spearhead the development and implementation of a KPI-driven financial strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
* Lead the development of comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Identify key financial and operational KPIs to monitor performance and guide strategy.
KPI Development and Reporting:
* Define, develop, and monitor KPIs across the group’s business units.
* Create dynamic dashboards and reporting tools for real-time performance tracking.
* Provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders based on KPI analysis.
Strategic Initiatives:
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.
* Partner with operational teams to align financial goals with business operations.
* Support M&A activities, including financial due diligence and post-merger integration.
Stakeholder Communication:
* Act as the primary liaison between the company and its private equity investors for financial reporting and performance updates.
* Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the board and investors.
Process Optimization:
* Streamline financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
