Join us on this exciting adventure and become part of the team: Your role: As Interim Educational Content Lead at EDURINO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and refining our early childhood learning experiences within a digital landscape. Your focus will be on creating and developing engaging, age-appropriate educational content that aligns with our pedagogical goals and global expansion efforts. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the content is innovative, impactful, and backed by data-driven insights. In this role, you will also support the tracking of children's learning progress through research and efficacy assessments, contributing to continuous improvements in our products. You’ll be instrumental in aligning educational content with EDURINO’s broader growth strategy, ensuring that all learning materials meet the highest standards of quality and deliver measurable educational outcomes. It is a match if you… Proven track record, with a minimum of 3 years in senior roles (Educational Content Lead, Senior Manager, or equivalent), demonstrating exceptional ability to lead and inspire teams with experiences Expertise in developing and scaling innovative educational content, with a focus on driving learning outcomes, impact, and engagement across digital platforms. Experience in EdTech and/or education, whether in classroom or research settings, is highly valued. However, what truly sets you apart is your ability to drive innovation in educational products and deliver measurable learning outcomes. Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions. Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study. We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved. You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
