Deutsche Bank's Corporate Bank (CB) addresses the needs of corporate clients, financial institutions, and investors. As part of Corporate Bank Germany, the Phoenix program is the most important transformation initiative that will contribute to "shaping the Corporate Bank of the future". As a Project & Change Lead you will support the Program Management Office in achieving Phoenix's (non-)financial targets & milestones. You will be a valuable member of the team that sets the strategic agenda and manages the program. Within the team, you are responsible for the delivery of program specific tasks as part of a defined book-of-work and support the development and execution of strategic & ad-hoc initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
* You take responsibility and support the team on all program specific tasks, from core program management, financial & status reporting to strategy development and execution.
* You take full ownership for small program-related and/ or ad-hoc projects and manage them from development phase till finalization, incl. functional leadership & management of project resources/SMEs.
* You develop decision-papers and present concrete proposals to the Program Sponsor/ Manager and/ or Senior Management decision makers, incl. members of the global Corporate Bank ExCo.
* You analyse program, workstream or content specific topics on detailed level and transform the analysis results into an action plan, incl. responsibility and/ or oversight the execution of your recommendations.
* You coordinate, set up and moderate relevant meetings & workshops across the program and manage a group of various stakeholders across Corporate Bank/ DB.
* You will be part of a high performing, agile and divers project team within a fast-paced environment offering you a steep learning curve and the opportunity to shape the future of Corporate Bank.
Your skills and experiences
* University degree with working experience in Banking/ Consulting, including at DB; CB is a plus.
* Practical experience in project management with structured & analytical way of working, even under time pressure.
* High level of intrinsic motivation combined with persistence and a "getting things done" mentality.
* Team player with high competence in building and maintaining relationships with various (senior) stakeholders.
* Strong communication and presentation skills and very good knowledge in MS Office applications (especially Excel & PowerPoint) are essential, specific project tooling knowledge is a plus.
* Fluent in German & English language is mandatory.
