The Homologation & Product Compliance department is a strong and reliable partner for product development at MAN. We are responsible as an interface to the authorities and for the organisation of regulations. By advising the engineering department on regulation-compliant development and by ensuring a dual control principle for homologation and product compliance-specific approvals, we guarantee the product conformity of our vehicle types with the SOP, worldwide. Our employees have a high level of technical and procedural understanding, are convincing, reliable and responsible for setting guidelines and specifications for sustainable MAN development. We offer you a challenging job in the future topic of environmental compatibility of our products. As part of the Environment & CO2 team, you will be the contact person for decarbonisation calculations for MAN products. This includes vehicles and external engines. The products are analysed from a legal perspective as well as beyond legal requirements.

Your tasks
* You work towards the development of more environmentally friendly and specifically decarbonised vehicles / engines
* You will prepare CO2 balances for commercial vehicles and key components
* In addition, you will take on a variety of tasks in product-related environmental analyses
* You will provide environmental information (internally and externally)
* You will work together with other divisions and companies within the TRATON Group
Your qualifications
* You have a university degree in engineering or natural or environmental sciences
* You have practical user knowledge of life cycle assessments and/or CO2 accounting
* You are characterised by a holistic view of environmental aspects and impacts
* You have an analytical and structured approach, even when dealing with complex issues
* You quickly recognise correlations and have a high capacity for abstraction in order to reconcile ecological, technical and regulatory requirements
* You focus on the most important levers and measures
* You are committed, resilient and enjoy working in a team
* You have a high level of communication and presentation skills to convey content.
* You are fluent in German and English
