As aChange Manager, you will ensure that your site functions perfectlyto meet the demands of our customers. You will take on a number ofprojects across our network to drive productivity. Key jobresponsibilities • As the site's change gatekeeper, leading processimprovement projects, engaging stakeholders, and aligning goals. •Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through root causeanalysis, Standard Work, 5S, and Andon. • Leading EU & DEprocess standardization and software rollouts. • Coaching teams onLean and Project Management methodologies. • Collaborating with theLeadership Steering Committee to prioritize and implementimprovement initiatives. • Taking on leadership roles in coreoperations during peak periods. A day in the life You will work onone of our sites, ensuring it is as productive as possible. Yourmain task will be the complete governance of ongoing site changesand compliance; You ensure the site understands, accepts andimplements all changes from all global and EU initiatives and youare responsible for progress audits. You will report to the SiteManager and functionally to ACES for changes. About the team AmazonLogistics, or AMZL, handles ‘last mile’ delivery duties inpartnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilisecreative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to getmillions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Ourgoal is to make our customers’ delivery experience as smooth aspossible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newestconcepts, like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now and Amazon Restaurants.There are two sides to what we do. Our ‘under the roof’ associatesprocess millions of products for dispatch to our delivery teams.Our team is people-focused and supportive, particularly as lots ofour people work through the night. We focus mostly on operations,with 24/7 shifts in most of our locations. Meanwhile, our ‘on theroad’ people work with Amazon Flex - a network of deliverycontractors. Every year, we continually raise the bar for customerexperience with new, innovative delivery services. We look for newways to overcome industry wide logistics challenges and new ideasto reduce our carbon footprint, supported by a portfolio ofcutting-edge vehicles (including Electric Vehicles) and technologyto help us do just that. GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN • A degree • Provenexperience in quality management and process optimization, ideallyin manufacturing, production, or logistics setting • Experiencecommunicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peersand management • Significant experience using data or stories toinfluence business decision-making • Fluent command of English andGerman BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN • Experience working with Lean,Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques • Experience working in anotherlogistics environment • Relevant experience working with the MSOffice suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environmentAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
