You will onboard new hires, support existing ones and make sure the technology in our offices is working. You Will Provide amazing day to day hardware and software technical support for our employees Deploy laptops as part of onboarding and refresh cycles Assist with new hire orientations covering policies, best practices and services used within L-Acoustics Group Handle general ticketing according to our SLAs, account management, and problem escalation Maintain hardware and software inventory : laptops, devices, printers, room display… Support unified communications needs for L-Acoustics employees in conference rooms and other common areas Create and maintain internal and user facing documentation Participate in deployment and security, network, and system related projects Participate in the global IT digital workplace projects You Are You love helping people You have supported multicultural organizations Excellent verbal and written communications skills (FR/EN) You are fascinated by the way things work and love to learn new technologies You want to work in a fast paced, high growth startup environment You’ve used Microsoft, Apple environments You are autonomous, and glad to work with close collaboration with other team members You are agile and creative, and can find workarounds easily You are able to prioritize issue/request by severity (business oriented) Technical Requirements Windows Server and Active Directory management skills Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, OneDrive…) Excellent Microsoft Windows 10/11 client support Intune/Autopilot/JAMF Familiar with MacOS, Android / iOS environment Remote support Azure AD Join our passionate and dedicated teams who are shaping the future of sound
