Tasks Global Campaign Strategy and Portfolio: Oversee the entire campaign portfolio, prioritizing and optimizing campaigns based on business impact, market needs, and resource allocation, accommodating regional differences together with global network of communication managers. End-to-end Management of Multi-Channel B2B Campaigns: Guide team members and Marketing Communication Community with professional, hands-on experience in campaign management, from ideation through execution (incl. content planning, creative development, and creation), to performance analysis with a focus on maximizing ROI and engagement. Creative Direction and Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of high-quality content across multiple channels through inhouse competence teams and agencies. Guide the content strategy to ensure it resonates with diverse global audiences while aligning with the brand’s vision and goals, standing out among competitors through unique appearance, confidence, and ambition. Scaling of Content production: Support subordinated managers to employ new technologies such as AI, steer lead agencies, and decentralize where needed to continuously drive content efficiency. CRM Competence Build-up: Induce and oversee CRM initiatives, including segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation to nurture leads and support sales initiatives. Global Stakeholder Management: Be the organizational networker and driving force for Marketing Communication, closely collaborating with brand and touchpoint specialists for AO content (within the executive unit) and with senior leadership and sales management, to effectively develop and deliver tailored messaging along the customer journey. Team Development & Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing global team, including content creators, campaign managers, and CRM specialists. Provide training on best practices, industry trends, and new technologies to ensure the team is constantly evolving.
