Responsibilities:
1. You provide technical and commercial advice and support to both existing and potential customers in the sales region of Northern Bavaria / Thuringia
2. You engage in intensive acquisition activities across various sectors including services, engineering projects, and product sales driving growth and expanding our market reach
3. You work closely with various internal stakeholders to coordinate all customer activities, fostering collaboration and teamwork
4. You take ownership of sales and gross profit responsibilities within your defined sales area for air filtration, engineering projects and filterCair to achieve the goals from strategic and operational planning
5. You negotiate agreements on prices and delivery conditions, demonstrating your expertise in securing mutually beneficial outcomes
6. You stay ahead of the curve by gathering market intelligence on filter technology trends, requirements as well as competitor activities
Qualifications:
7. You hold an engineering degree coupled with relevant professional experience
8. You have a strong technical understanding to effectively communicate complex concepts
9. Preferably, you have knowledge of the filtration market
10. You showcase your strong negotiation skills and business acumen, essential for driving successful deals and partnerships
11. You demonstrate flexibility in adapting to diverse customer structures (OEM/MRO), market structures in diverse industry sectors and a variety of offers, showcasing your agility and versatility
12. You are fluent in German and proficient in English, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration in our multicultural environment
