The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application Job Description In this position, you are responsible for leading HR M&A activities across Europe. This includes coordinating efforts between Bosch Corporate Headquarters, the HR country organization and the acquiring division to ensure seamless execution of HR M&A projects. Furthermore, you oversee the development of HR strategies and programs to support post-merger integration, including areas such as performance management, compensation, talent management, culture integration, communication, and organizational design. Also, you contribute to needs assessment and solution development by collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to identify HR requirements for M&A and PMI, delivering solutions that support both local and global integration efforts. You ensure that quality standards are upheld and risks are effectively mitigated throughout the HR M&A and PMI processes. In addition, you serve as a subject matter expert on HR M&A and PMI issues, offering guidance to global project leaders, management, and business stakeholders, while empowering local HR teams. Finally, you collaborate closely with the global HR M&A team to refine frameworks, improve risk management processes, and ensure alignment with best practices in HR and PMI.
