As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll be a key part of our team, supporting the design and development of our compliance products. This includes creating new lesson concepts as well as helping the product team update existing courses. In this role, you’ll collaborate with various teams and be part of a dynamic and dedicated group.Job Requirements
* You have a degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field such as Education, Instructional Design, Media Design, or a related discipline.
* You have initial experience in designing e-learning content, for example through internships, projects, or academic work.
* You can analyse complex requirements and transform them into user-friendly learning concepts with creative solutions.
* You have the ability to write scripts and structure learning content clearly and logically.
* You enjoy working collaboratively and are open to exchange and cooperation with different teams.
* You take responsibility for your area of work and keep a clear head even in busy situations.
* You are fluent in both German and English, spoken and written.
Job Responsibilities
* You will design e-learning courses for our compliance products in close collaboration with the Conceptual Lead and Product Manager.
* With your creative approach, you’ll develop scripts based on detailed concepts and ensure a clear, understandable structure.
* As a team player, you’ll work closely with various teams to collaboratively develop solutions for your learning concepts.
* You’ll work independently and take ownership of your projects.

We work in a Hybrid way with ideally 2/3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week worked remotely. We offer flexible working options also to help find the right work-life balance for you.
We currently have main offices in the UK in Bristol, Plymouth, Glasgow, and in Europe in Berlin and Brussels.
