Identify and engage C-level decision-makers and key stakeholders in Pharma companies. Build strong, strategic, and trusted relationships, positioning yourself as a valued advisor to client CXOs and key partners in the pharma ecosystem. Nurture and qualify leads through needs analysis, value proposition communication, and solution design. What you need to make real what matters. Education Outstanding university/ business school degree (MBA, PhD), ideally in business, engineering, natural science, or IT from a globally renowned university Experience & Skills 8-10 years of experience in consulting firm with focus on the pharma industry and with focus on digital transformation especially in business operations (i.e., R&D, manufacturing and supply chain) Existing network of potential future clients for Siemens Advanta to start building your own platform Several years of experience in technology-driven services or solutions, with a proven track record in developing and delivering projects focused on the Pharma industry. Experience in application development and driving business growth in these areas is a must. Deep domain knowledge of the Pharma industry. You will be able to develop tailored, industry-specific proposals and use cases. A strong understanding of relevant technology stacks, including IoT architecture, edge devices, sensors, hardware, cybersecurity, AI, IT, and OT. Knowledge of the integration of these technologies into connected solutions is critical. Experience working with international teams and clients on cross-border projects, adapting solutions to different cultural, regulatory, and market dynamics.
