My client is looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to take ownership of a dynamic client portfolio, delivering on business targets and securing new opportunities across TFS, DCC, and GR Media products. Key Responsibilities
* Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts.
* Secure new business in line with assigned targets.
* Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals.
* Protect and retain key accounts against competitors.
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting of market and business trends.
* Deliver on all client contractual obligations.

Key Performance Indicators
* Net Commission (TFS & DCC, including new business).
* Hit Rate / Refund Ratio.
* Marketing-driven Sales Conversion.

What We’re Looking For
* Language Skills: Very good German and good English (spoken and written).
* Experience: 2+ years in business account management or similar roles.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Tech Savvy: Confident using MS Office tools and working in tech-supported environments.
* Personality: Goal-oriented, proactive, and independently driven.
* Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building abilities.
* Work Style: Able to manage priorities, work across time zones, and thrive in a matrix organization.
