Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within our target market, utilising advanced tools and strategies, including HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other outbound techniques.
* Outbound Outreach: Proactively initiate contact with potential clients through cold calls, personalised emails, and social media engagement to spark interest in our HubSpot implementation and CRM services.
* Qualifying Leads: Engage in deep conversations with prospects to understand their business challenges, CRM needs, and growth objectives. Qualify leads based on rigorous criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
* Nurturing Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and communication as they progress through the sales funnel.
* Setting Appointments: Schedule discovery calls and meetings for our sales executives with qualified leads, providing them with detailed insights into the prospect’s needs and expectations.
* HubSpot Expertise: Utilise HubSpot CRM to manage and track all sales activities, ensuring accurate data entry and comprehensive reporting. Leverage HubSpot’s tools to optimise outreach and lead management.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies, share valuable insights from prospect interactions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales and marketing efforts.
* Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends in CRM technology, HubSpot developments, and industry best practices to effectively communicate our solutions to potential clients.
Your Experience:
* Language: Must be able to speak German and English fluently.
* Experience: 1 year of experience in a sales, BDR, or related role, ideally within a technology agency or in the CRM/tech solutions space.
* HubSpot Knowledge: Familiarity with the HubSpot platform, especially its CRM, is highly preferred. Understanding of other CRM systems is a plus.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex technology solutions to prospects.
* Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, particularly in technology and CRM implementations. A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is advantageous.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other sales tools. Expertise in HubSpot CRM is a significant asset.
* Goal-Oriented: Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve goals and contribute to the team’s success.
* Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and can easily adapt to changing priorities.
