Wie du dich einbringen kannst
In diesem Praktikum gewinnst du wertvolle Praxiseinblicke in den Sustainable Development-Bereich und kannst das Team tatkräftig unterstützen.
So sehen deine Hauptaufgaben aus:
* Unterstützung des Nachhaltigkeitsteams bei diversen Projekten wie z.B. der Entwicklung von Roadmaps zur Erreichung der nachhaltigkeitsziele unseres Unternehmens
* Erstellung von Leitlinien sowie Erstellung und Management von umfangreichen Datenbanken
* Benchmarking Aktivitäten und Datenaufbereitung
* Unterstützung des Nachhaltigkeitsteams an den Schnittstellen zu u.a. Corporate Marketing, Forschung & Entwicklung, Einkauf

Du wirst von unserem Sustainable Development-Team betreut und berichtest an den Sustainable Development Director.

Wenn du:
* Dich mit dem Thema Nachhaltigkeit persönlich identifizieren kannst und idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen auf diesem Gebiet durch Praktika, Aushilfstätigkeiten etc. sammeln konntest.
* eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe hast und Dich durch einen selbstständigen, strukturierten Arbeitsstil auszeichnest.
* eine sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit hast und Spaß an Teamarbeit hast.
* gerne Verantwortung übernimmst und eine hohe Eigenmotivation hast.
* sehr gute Englischkenntnisse mitbringst und gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) hast.

We are continuously looking for an Intern Sustainable Development in our adhesives division at UHU in Bühl for 6 months.
How you make the difference
During this internship, you will gain valuable practical insights into the Sustainable Development area and can actively support the team.
How your agenda looks like:
* Supporting the sustainability team in various projects such as development of roadmaps to achieve our company's sustainability goals
* Creation of guidelines and creation and management of extensive databases
* Benchmarking activities and data preparation
* Supporting the sustainability team at the interfaces to corporate marketing, research & development, purchasing, etc.
Your team:
You will be supervised by our Sustainable Development team and report to the Sustainable Development Director.

If you:
* can personally identify with the topic of sustainability and ideally have already gained some practical experience in this field through internships, temporary work, etc.
* have a quick grasp of things and are characterised by an independent, structured working style.
* have very good communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
* like to take on responsibility and are highly self-motivated.
* have a very good command of English and good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
