We are recruiting a IT Systems Administrator to join our team based in Germany, Telgte. This role manages and supports Tunstall’s on premise and cloud platform (Microsoft Azure) and hosted corporate applications. What will you be doing in this role? As an IT Systems Administrator at Tunstall GmbH, the key responsibilities of the role are to install/configure and support the local IT infrastructure. The Ideal candidate: We are looking for someone with professional experience in a similar role and, ideally, relevant vendor certifications (Microsoft or Cisco for example) Key skills and experience: Required skills and experience Essential: Completed education in information technology / completed studies in information technology or comparable knowledge Proven skills in Windows server configuration, installation and implementation including support for virtual environment management platforms together with demonstrated skills and experience with HyperV and/or VMWare platforms. Good knowledge of IT systems in an environment where successfully maintaining services level agreement requirements is paramount (e.g. virtual administration and configuration, MS Windows services, and remote access technologies) Demonstrable knowledge and experience with management and support of Cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. Close cooperation with the PNC Team Administration of Windows clients and servers as well as support of employees Maintain systems at recommended anti-virus and security patch levels accodring to Group IT policy Any other reasonable duties as required Logging, assessment & prioritisation of issues / incidents and problems on the IT Service Desk Resolution of support incidents and requests A bit about us : Tunstall is a market-leading health and care technology provider.
