What will you do You will be accountable for driving profitable growth initiatives, in alignment with the region Strategy and Commercial leaders, and will own the portfolio creation and management in your domain, with the goal of long term customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, market share and profitability across the portfolio of offerings, including 3rd party. How will you do it Manage all solutions, products and services assigned to him/her in a responsible manner over the entire life cycle for assigned countries in close collaboration with country business leadership. Owns product and service portfolio and develops it to match customer & market needs. Owns the product strategic vision and initiate the New Product Introduction roadmaps, influencing Global Products and 3rd party feature requirements to be developed to drive growth. Create business case(s) in relation to projects and product requirements. Provides direct sales support as a first expert point of contact for special solutions / requirement. Coordinates and supports the roll out of new products, product enhancements and End of Life activities. Supports the maintenance, design, development and distribution of sales and marketing support material, training and technical documentation jointly with the marketing department. What we look for Required Experience in CCTV or Access Controls or Intrusion Detection (Security) Previous experience in Sales role Good skills in Microsoft Office High degree of self initiative and flexibility Target and results oriented working Assertiveness and high degree of self confidence Good self management and structured approach Good knowledge in project and time management Preferred Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or Marketing, or similar Technical Background in Electrical or Electronic Engineering Familiarity with country business processes and countries specific regulation.
