We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior UI/UX designer (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. Our team is dedicated to automating and optimizing FlixTrain's operations. We develop tools that empower internal users to manage the fleet efficiently, reduce manual tasks, and increase productivity. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences that allow employees of various roles to manage FlixTrain operations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that builds software products from scratch. As such, there will be a lot of discovery involved in the design process, as we work to identify the most efficient and effective workflows and user experiences. Our designers collaborate with several teams working on a single platform, rotating between teams and capabilities. This approach fosters close interaction with another designer, helps to eliminate silos in UX concepts, and ensures a cohesive user experience across the Operations Management Platform being developed by the teams. Your Tasks – Paint the world green Conduct user research (user labs, surveys, interviews) Apply frameworks to perform efficient user research and utilize metrics in your work Facilitate collaboration among multiple stakeholders to align on design goals Translate user needs into intuitive and engaging designs and experiences Develop wireframes, concepts, features, and interactive prototypes Follow and maintain UI guidelines to keep designs consistent Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the design system Work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product owners to develop innovative and user-friendly products Your Profile – Ready to hop on board At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX Design for web applications (preferably B2B) Experience working with complex designs and interfaces Strong user-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors Experience planning, conducting, and performing user research Proficiency in visual design, prototyping, and usability testing tools Passion for great designs and empathy for customer needs Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design expertise for software products, highlighting design process and problem-solving approach Nice to have: Experience in logistics, operations, or travel domains Our Perks – More than just a job You have an impact.
