Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the Procurement Excellence team, you will provide support to Procurement teams across various functions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Your role will involve delivering support and administration of tools and systems post-implementation, as well as assisting in the design and optimization of procurement processes.
Qualifications and Skills
* Completed commercial or technical training, or academic studies (Bachelor's degree)
* 2-5 years of relevant work experience
* Solid understanding of processes and organizational goals
* Fast learning ability and good self-reflection
* Strong project management skills with the ability to build and motivate teams
* Experience working collaboratively across functions and in international environments
* Solution-focused approach to business challenges, proficient in IT tools (SAP)
* Independent and proactive work style, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to be assertive when needed
