We are on a growth journey – now looking for our next star – a passionate sales leader, customer obsessed to grow our Mobile Cooling Segment in the Southern Germany territory. As an Area Account Manager, you are responsible for sales activities and customer support in your assigned region. Your focus is on selling MCS products, managing strategically important retail partners, and implementing the company's strategy. Your passion for outdoor, sports, RV/camping, home and garden, and DIY contributes actively to the growth and market presence of the brand. The position holder should live in the area which needs to be covered (East Germany). Your main responsibilities Sales and Customer Support: •Responsibility for sales to all MCS customers (e.g., Dometic and IGLOO) in the assigned region. •Selling MCS products to strategically defined retail partners, considering segmentation. •Managing regional and national customers headquartered in the area, such as chain stores. Strategy and Implementation: •Implementing the MCS strategy with overall operational responsibility in your region. •Supporting product launches and actively accompanying the introduction of new products in your region. •Responsibility for budgeting and supply planning (forecast) for the region. Customer Support and Training: •Sales support through training, POS visits, and managing dealer branches, including those whose headquarters are in another region. •Ensuring compliance with standards at the POS and optimal product presentation. Network Building and Events: •Expanding the dealer network considering segmentation and market development. •Participating in national and regional trade fairs as well as customer events in your region. Teamwork and Meetings: •Weekly coordination of sales activities within the team. •Participating in national and international sales meetings for strategic development.
