Your Responsibilities You’re an active part of the delivery teams and in your role as the Product Owner you’re contributing to our agile Scrum processes You’re bridging the gaps between the business and tech side of Cardmarket, between the stakeholders and the engineering team(s) You’re responsible for the feature ideation to solve user needs and providing input from the tech side to the Product Manager for feasibility analysis You’re developing and keeping track of product success criteria together with the Product Manager You’re gathering the concrete requirements and describing them in concrete user stories You’re setting the acceptance criteria for those user stories to ensure the value to our users and the implementation quality You're ensuring the engineering team has an adequate amount of work items, aligned with the product roadmap and being transparent to the engineering team and stakeholders You’re ensuring the release cycle runs smoothly and communicating interruptions of the delivery on time You’re responsible for keeping the product backlog backlog up-to-date and prioritized Your profile You have profound knowledge of agile principles and methodology available, Scrum trainings/certifications are ideal You have multi-year experience in working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager You understand the usual processes, methods, and tools of software engineering You live the enthusiasm for agile values and master agile methods like Scrum or Kanban blindfolded You are equipped with strong communication and organizational skills, empathy, and have exceptional talent in dealing with conflicts You are always curious, motivated to explore new grounds and constantly adapting your own competences You speak English fluently A big plus is an interest in gaming (trading card games, board games, etc.) A big plus is knowledge in handling online marketplaces and/or product catalog management Experiences in the following tools is a plus: Jira, Confluence, Teams, Productplan Presence in Berlin is required Why us?
