Job Overview An Administrative Assistant is required to support the Army Community Services (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) for the USAG Wiesbaden community. The Family Advocacy Program is one of several social service programs within ACS. The program helps to facilitate adaptation, educational, and informational awareness in support of service members, family members, and the Department of Army Civilians (DA). Qualifications Fluent in English. Exhibit the ability to communicate inEnglish with references and/or High School/College Diploma or official transcript. 1-year experience withMicrosoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.) Experience managing files. More than a year of experience managing files in an Army setting is highly desired. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Administrative support. Telephone services. Recordkeeping and filing to maintain records, forms, files, anddocuments. Prepare and manage reports and correspondence. Ongoing documentation management. Schedule FAP classes and update existing materials. Document all necessary data in the ACS Client Tracking System. Assisting FAP customers in a friendly and timely manner.
