Requirements
▪ You have completed a technical or business degree or a comparable qualification
▪ You have several years of professional experience and extensive know-how in cyber/information security
▪ You have experience in the application of BSI basic protection, ISO27001 or comparable standards
▪ You are characterized by excellent teamwork, a confident demeanor and outstanding conversation and negotiation skills
▪ Your language skills include fluent German and good written and spoken English
▪ You are willing to travel for project-related purposes
Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ You create and maintain documentation and reports on the IT security status
▪ The daily work includes identifying areas of action, assessing risks and ▪ coordinating measures to eliminate vulnerabilities
▪ You analyze IT systems and concepts for security architectures including detection methods
▪ Close cooperation with the information security officer and the IT infrastructure is part of the task
▪ With your support and expertise in IT vulnerability analyses and penetration tests, you are an indispensable part of the team
▪ The development of remedial measures and their technical implementation round off your area of responsibility

Hiring Process
1) First interview: 60-minute online interview with the HR manager and either the IT manager or the Vice President.
2) Onsite interview: A more in-depth interview focusing on technical skills and cultural fit, plus a tour of the office and facilities (1.5-2 hours).
3) Optional trial day: A hands-on day where you get to experience the role and workplace first-hand.
4) Final decision: Typically made within 2-3 weeks of the initial interview.
