Main responsibilities
* Prepare, control and file invoices sent to our clients;
* Assistance for invoices recovery and debt collection.
* Administrative tasks (filing and follow up of accounting documents…);
* Miscellaneous accounting tasks (Verification and booking of expense reports and credit card statements…).
Main requirements
* High school diploma or DUT/BTS with accounting basis ;
* From 0-2 years’ experience in a similar function or in an invoicing department;
* Fluent in French and English, German is considered an asset;
* Work well with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel);
* Experience in the use of an invoicing/accounting software;
* Ability to communicate in a clear, structured and effective manner;
* Your inter-personal skills enable you to manage priorities and deadlines;
* You are well organised and pay attention to details .
