OPEN POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER We are looking for a qualified HRBP to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the Managing Director, Holding HR Director, and other senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture. Ultimately, you should be able to act as a strategic business partner and consultant on human resources management and organizational changes. Responsibilities Coordinate workforce planning and monitoring activities for the partner departments in alignment with company strategy and targets. Communicate and work with business units proactively and in close contact to deliver value-added HR services and develop integrated solutions. Establish business partnerships on behalf of the Human Resources functions throughout the company, conducting budget processes, hiring, training, and monitoring payroll activities managed by third parties. Work with line managers to define annual training needs and leadership development areas of the employees and prepare the annual training plan. Advise on human resources processes and applications. Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly. Conduct interviews and review applications to match candidates with job requirements. Take a role in employee engagement, internal/external employee communication, and employer branding processes. Work with department managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions & projects. Work closely and cooperate with the Global HR Center of Excellence departments of the Holding HQs such as Comp & Ben CoE, Recruitment CoE, and Talent Management CoE. Be the first point of contact for all employees in their account regarding all processes, systems, and practices carried out by the Human Resources Department. Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and employees in their account to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment. Have experience in HC reporting, HR budget preparation, performance management, training & development applications, talent management, payroll (being able to check & control third-party services), and knowledge of German labor law and practices. Requirements and Skills BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field. Proven 3-5 years of work experience as an HR business partner. Analytical and goal-oriented. Demonstrable experience with HR metrics. Thorough knowledge of labor legislation. Full understanding of all HR functions.
