Our GLOBAL GRADUATE PROGRAM is a prestigious long-term training scheme aimed at developing your skills and expertise across multiple disciplines and nurturing talent for our organisation.
Launched in Europe, North and South America, the Program lasts four to five years working in various positions and geographical locations. You will be assigned a role in any of our EU/America locations and must be prepared to move for a minimum of 12 months.
This requires a high degree of flexibility and international mobility.
Your Tasks
* Undergo initial training period in our global headquarters in Hagen, Germany
* Manage your job duties in an assigned role in engineering, production, or finance (you will change location and position every 12-18 months)
* Learn how the business works in an international company with a matrix organization
* Work in the automotive industry as part of our team
* Bring in your passion and personal dedication to build-up together our future and the company's vision
* Work on a specific project based on business needs
* Be fully flexible and mobile to be ready for the challenge
Your Profile
* Completed technical studies in e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Management Engineering (e.g., BA with Engineering focus)
* 1-2 years of working experience
* Minimum standard user IT skills
* Fluent English is a must
* Team player and open to work in an intercultural environment
* Full mobility globally
