With a focus on innovation and user experience, we are driving the evolution of wearable technology Legal Assistant - Part-time This role is based in Munich with 15 hours per week working hours We’re seeking a Part-time Legal Assistant who can manage recurring administrative, research, and system maintenance tasks with minimal oversight. You will work independently and flexibly—averaging two days a week—to ensure smooth, efficient legal operations. You work closely with our Legal counsel to align on legal strategies and priorities. What you will do Archive NDAs, contracts, and other legal documents systematically and maintain up-to-date records ensuring easy retrieval Assist in maintaining and updating our contract management system to ensure data accuracy and accessibility Conduct focused research on German/EU/International regulations and case law, referencing reputable legal sources and summarize findings clearly for internal stakeholders Occasionally, act as a point of contact for various departments seeking immediate legal support Draft and maintain legal articles in our Confluence knowledge base ensuring consistent formatting and clarity across all documentation Handle other minor legal tasks as needed to keep the department running smoothly Work directly with our Legal Counsel to ensure that all research, documentation, and system updates meet departmental and strategic requirements What you will need 2-5 years relevant experience in law or paralegal work Knowledge of German law and International Business Law is a plus Proven ability to conduct in-depth legal research Experience with document archiving, version control, and consistent formatting Comfortable setting your own schedule and delivering results without close supervision Familiarity with contract management systems and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, MS Office 365) Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software platforms as needed Excellent written and spoken English; German proficiency highly beneficial Professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization What we offer Flexible working hours with home-office option Develop expertise in the IT sector while expanding your legal skill set Make an impact: your support keeps our legal processes and contract management systems streamlined and efficient Collaborate with a small, dedicated Legal Department, working autonomously with the support of our Legal Counsel A flexible online Learning & Development program: choose where you want to improve yourself 10 professional coaching sessions with experts to support your growth
